Privacy Policy

PrimeCraft Interiors collects name, email, phone and project details to respond to enquiries. Enquiries are sent to our Google Apps Script web app and Google Sheet, with a private backup in Lovable Cloud.

If you accept advertising cookies, the website uses the Meta Pixel to measure which adverts bring in enquiries and help optimise advertising. It sends page views, enquiry submissions and clicks on telephone or WhatsApp links to Meta. Advertising information includes campaign references, browser information, the page address, advertising cookie identifiers and a unique enquiry event ID.

With your acceptance, enquiry details may also be shared with Meta through Meta’s Conversions API in hashed (scrambled) form for advertising measurement and optimisation, if this is configured in our enquiry processing system. Hashing is not anonymisation. The website itself does not send hashed enquiry details directly to Meta.

Data is stored securely and never sold. Access is restricted to the people and services needed to handle enquiries and permitted measurement. We keep enquiry details only for as long as needed to respond, manage the project and meet applicable obligations.

Advertising tracking stays off until you click Accept. Rejecting does not stop you sending an enquiry. We retain a record of your choice, the date, and the notice shown, including previous acceptance if you later withdraw. Your browser’s Global Privacy Control signal overrides advertising acceptance.

You can withdraw or change your advertising choice through Cookie settings at any time. Withdrawal stops new website advertising events and does not undo data already shared. To withdraw permission for enquiry processing or request deletion, email hello@primecraftinteriors.ie. You can also ask about access or correction of your data or contact Ireland’s Data Protection Commission.
